Discussion: Basics of Lutheranism
Date/Time/Location: We’re currently gathering interest for this class. Minimum number of 5 required to offer it. Please let us know you’re interested and we’ll add you to the list. We’ll negotiate an acceptable day/time.
We’d call it “Lutheranism 101″ – except you already have had your fill of classes. And it’s not a class – no grades – no tests – etc. We’re just calling it the “Basics of Lutheranism.” We’ll cover a series of topics intended to inform someone who isn’t Lutheran, but wants a quick crash course into what is at the heart of our faith. It’s also a good refresher for life-long Lutherans who have been through confirmation – but want to go deeper.
During our sessions, we’ll cover these topics (at least):

- Law and Gospel
- The Lutheran Reformation
- Baptism
- Communion
- Jesus
- Bible
- Evangelism
This is not currently scheduled, but as soon as we receive enough interest to hold the course we will. So, we need you to express interest – if you are….interested. We prefer to run the course when we have five (5) or more – but have been known to run it with as few as three (3) students if interest is strong enough. If you are interested, please fill out the form below. [OR - if you're open to several different discussion group alternatives... you might want to fill out our Interest Survey.]
