We are using Paypal to collect the $150 payment for the Spring Break Trip. You must use Paypal for the $50 deposit. You MAY opt to give us cash/check payment for the remaining $100 – or you may pay us that amount using Paypal as well.

The $50 deposit is non-refundable. However. If you are one of the first five registrants, your $50 will be returned to you on the trip (assuming you go, otherwise your $50 is not refunded).

Paypal maintains an inventory of available deposits. Once we have received the limit for the trip – paypal will cease to take funds.

The plan right now is to leave on Saturday morning. But please enter the time of your last class (or commitment) is over on Friday. It’s possible we will leave early to do additional sightseeing. (New Orleans?)

This payment covers your transportation, lodging there and back, and your meals *while we are at Camp Victor* – it does not cover meals eaten on the way and on the way back. It also does not cover the cost of any optional tours, etc. that we decide to take while we are there.

UPDATE: It has come to our attention that Paypal charges an additional $5 “shipping fee.”  This was inadvertent – but something we are unable to   change at this point – this shipping fee will be refunded to all participants during the trip.
