The fine print:  (for only $300/year there has to be some)
The lot is closed to lessee parking on days when there is a church event like, say, a funeral
FYI: In the last 5 years there have been 3 such funerals/events
We have no guarantee about the future though.
Evening parking is also *usually* okay...
...but if the congregation has need for it,
that comes first.

No overnight parking allowed.  Lot is cleared by towing company.
